iPhone Challenge Complete
So I finished the iPhone Photo a Day challenge, well it’s not really an official challenge, it was just a challenge that set up for myself. I wanted to try to see if I could try to take a picture at least once a day for thirty days and believe it or not, I made it. It’s actually much harder then one would think. However, I think that this type of challenge is so go good for the creative eye, it keeps you attuned to your surroundings, and after the first few days you really have to start looking for the beauty in the odd and different. So below you can see the vast array of photos that came out of this challenge. Maybe I will soon try another challenge and do a photo-a-day for a little longer, like 3 months or maybe even a year, we shall see. But don’t let this fool you, I’m not going to stop. You’ll still see me posting a picture here and there, periodically, from my trusty iPhone.
Jacob & Erin
I feel so blessed by all the people that God continues to place in my life. This weekend, I made some new friends, Jake & Erin. Not only are they fun, outgoing and easy going, but they are extremely talented musicians. We had an awesome morning roaming the streets of Portland, finding a few new, not so hidden spots. In the process I got the opportunity to snap a few photos of the two of them. Check out some of the photos below.

Feel free to check out the rest of the photos from this set on my Facebook page.
Photographer to Model
So last week I had a great opportunity to hang out and shoot my gorgeous cousin Ashely. She too, is an amazing photographer. If you don’t know who she is, make sure you check out her Facebook page: Ashley Hall Photography. Like most photographers, we have a tendency to be reluctant to be in front of the camera. We are use to and most comfortable behind the camera. But with Ashley’s Senior photo shoot coming up, she decided it would be good practice. She was gracious enough to let me take some photos of her, and she was great help in teaching me a few new poses that work well for women. Check out some of the photos below. Sean & Amanda 2011
So I had the opportunity to shoot my good friends Sean & Amanda a few weeks ago. They were gracious enough to model for me and we had an awesome morning roaming the streets of Portland. I am truly blessed to have some amazing friends. Here are a few of the shoots that happen to come out of this little adventure.
