So a few weeks back I had the opportunity to take my sister’s family photos, which she in turn used for their Christmas Card. I know it’s a little late and Christmas has come and gone, but I wanted to ensure that all her recipients received the card before I posted it online. Didn’t want to ruin the surprise for people. =) Check it out below:

So last week I had a great opportunity to hang out and shoot my gorgeous cousin Ashely. She too, is an amazing photographer. If you don’t know who she is, make sure you check out her Facebook page: Ashley Hall Photography. Like most photographers, we have a tendency to be reluctant to be in front of the camera. We are use to and most comfortable behind the camera. But with Ashley’s Senior photo shoot coming up, she decided it would be good practice. She was gracious enough to let me take some photos of her, and she was great help in teaching me a few new poses that work well for women. Check out some of the photos below. To view all the pictures, check out my Facebook page.

Here are a few more pictures of my nephew and niece, from the pictures that I took this weekend for my sister. There’s something about newborns that just amazes me. God is so amazing with the way he forms, develops, and grows these little beings. Not only is it just a select few, but we all go through it! I’m so blessed to be able to be apart of their lives and see them grow and mature. More pictures to come!

So after a couple of painstakingly hard weeks, I am happy to inform everyone that the twins, Dominic & Trinity, are finally with us. I had the opportunity to shot the two little precious [monkeys] babies this weekend. This is my first experience with newborns. Let me tell you, I thought it was going to be an easy task, but man was I fooled. I didn’t realize how hard this was going to be. But through all the struggles we had, I am actually kind of pleased with the results. Below you find a sneak peak of some of yesterday’s shots. Enjoy!

As much as wedding’s depress me, I have to say that weddings are such an amazing thing. It’s such a great and biblical way for a couple to announce their commit to God and to each other in front of all of their loved ones. So, this last weekend, I had the opportunity to go to my cousin’s wedding. It was a beautiful wedding. I’m very grateful that I was able to partake in this celebration with them. I’m honored that they invited me. It’s so encouraging to see a couple that’s so in love with each other and to see that they have a passion for God. That they are striving to live a life that’s centered on God. In the world that we live in, you don’t see that very often, hardly at all anymore. I took a few pictures before my camera died on me. I have to remember to plug it in, the night before a big event like this.
Here’s the wedding party just standing around. I love candid shots. I was wondering why everyone was just looking around at each other. After the fact, I found out that they were all wondering where the heck Saz, the best man, went off to. Pretty funny stuff.
I love this picture of the bridesmaids. It looks like Ashely is trying to tell the rest of the bridesmaids what to do, and the rest of them are like “umm..no you didn’t!” haha…completely and utterly amazing. Just like Ashley too, love you little cuz.
They definitely picked out an amazing cake. It look gorgeous on the outside and delicious on the inside. It seemed to have some kind of raspberry sauce in the middle. I unfortunately wasn’t able to participate in the tasting of this wonderful creation. Soon though, only a few more months, but that’s a story for another time.
Not as great of a shot as I would have liked, but this gives you a slight idea of the table settings. It does a poor job of depicting what it actually looked like, but you get the idea.

I know, it’s been quite a long time since I’ve added anything to this thing. I keep getting asked, so when are you going to be adding some new content to your blog? And I keep replying with, I know…I know… I need to get on that. It’s just been so crazy. Well, it has, but if I’m being completely honest, that’s just an excuse. I have so many pictures that have been accumulating, and I’ve actually been really slow at getting them posted. They’re just sitting there, slowly filling up my hard drive.
Anyway..moving on. This last weekend, my beautiful sister and I took the train into P-Town for my cousins wedding. Below I’ve attached a couple awesome shots that I managed to capture of her.
More posts to come shortly..keep coming back, even though I’m only really talking to about two or three of you that actually come and check out my page! =)
